It makes sense to wonder if you’ll use it often enough to justify buying and storing it. Classic Italian pizzelles are flat cookies. It’s similar to a waffle iron, however, the indentions and grooves are not as deep. If you want to make pizzelles, you’ll need a pizzelle maker or pizzelle iron.
